 This high-end 40 sqm apartment is located on the outskirts of Würzburg/Veitshöchheim, right next to the LWG, in a direct edge-of-town setting just about 150 meters walking distance from the campus. The area is charming and quiet, with a bakery conveniently located opposite the house. The apartment is situated in a multi-family building on the ground floor/lower ground floor level and offers a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a large wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The living room features a TV and a sofa bed option for additional guests. The private, recently renovated bathroom includes a shower and WC.

The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and comes fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, oven, microwave, and other essential amenities. A separate drying room is also available. Wi-Fi is provided, and English is spoken. The host, Mr. Burkard Schöpf, lives in the house. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is permitted only on the terrace. A parking space is available.

Würzburg city center can be reached in approximately 5 minutes by car, Veitshöchheim train station is about a 5-minute walk away, and Würzburg main station is around 15 minutes away. A bus stop is located directly in front of the house. Frankfurt and Nuremberg airports can be reached by car in about 60 minutes. The River Main and the surrounding vineyards are approximately a 10-minute walk away, and a bike path is located just 100 meters from the property. Bicycles can be stored securely.
