Dies ist ein Testbetrieb und dient ausschließlich für Testbuchgen! Unser gemütliches Haus Theresia mit einer Ferienwohnung liegt ideal, in der Nähe vom Zentrum von Balve und nur wenige Minuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Die komfortabel und familienfreundlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Eine begrenzte Anzahl von Parkplätzen befindet sich hinterm Haus. Babybetten- und Hochstuhl können gerne zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

Your host may ask for a deposit and will get in touch with you directly. Please note that the prices do not include the visitor´s tax. Should a visitor´s tax be required at the place where you are staying it is payable on arrival.

cancellation fees: until the 45. day prior arrival 10%, at least 25Euro; until the 30. day prior arrival 25%; until the 22. day prior arrival 50%; afterwards 80%; in case of a no-show 90% will be charged.
